I was helping my sister find a reliable daily car to replace her currently falling apart jetta, and had a bad experience at mission motors. After we left we recalled seeing an ad for a 2014 crosstrek with a 5 speed, which would be exactly what she wants and needs, however we had no cash down. We went to mission motors for their 5k trade in with any junk car deal for that reason. Regardless we gave them a call at 7pm (they close at 8) and Amanda picked up. I asked if it was feasible to get into that car without a down payment, and she was happy to have us come by and look at it, despite how late it was. They weren't pushy or anything about getting the car. We denied the third party mechanical warranty, and they asked a few times to make sure we really wanted that, which is their job so cant blame them really, as they were pretty polite about it.Both Amanda our sales lady and Trevor the finance manager stayed until a bit past 930 to help us make the financing work, and managed to get us a really good interest rate through wecu (great cust9mer service with wecu, been with them before, recommend them as well). Would definitely buy from them again if they ever have another car i need or want

Bought a 2019 Honda CRV from Inline Motors back in August. Kam, my salesman was great and the car purred like a kitten on the test drive. I bought it and drove the car an hour north, back home to Bellingham, and as soon as I exited the freeway, it started making a terrible rumbling sound. I called the dealership right away a guy named ALEX answered the phone. I kindly expressed my concern, as I'd just paid their asking price of $25,000. Alex talked to me terribly, bad mouthed Les Scwab, where I'd dropped my car at, because it was no longer drivable and talked down to me like I was an idiot. He told me to drive down there (which wouldn't have been safe) and he would look at it. I told him I only wanted certified mechanics messing with my car. He didn't care at all or apologize for my inconvenience of just buying a car that needed over $2000 of work. I was considering going down to Inline Motors to buy a second car from them for my daughter, but because of Alex. I went Bellingham Trucks and gave them my business and was very happy.

I had a great experience with Steve LEONONCHIK if you're looking for a car, go see him he's number one It might be out in the boonies for some folks, which is not, but the people are real down to earth my kind of folks

I purchased a car remotely. The process was pretty easy and Inline Motors was responsive from start to finish. An escrow account would have made me feel better but in the end there was no need as they are honest. I would not hesitate to do business again and would recommend them to a friend or family.
